1. 30-Day Returns: Returns are accepted within 30 days only for defective items. Products must be unused, in original packaging, with proof of purchase.
2. Order Cancellations: Orders can be cancelled within 15 minutes of purchase if not yet processed. A 7% cancellation fee applies.
